Ferry suffer heavy defeat

The game got off to a bad start for the Ferry when prop Adam James was forced to leave the field of play in the opening minutes with an expected knee injury. With two front row players withdrawing from selection in the morning a lack of front row cover led to pasive scrums and it was all downhill from there. Against a team of the quality of Bridgend Sports RFC it soon became clear that the Ferry were on the backfoot, it is fair to say that a few scores were against the run of play, but there were no complaints and the best team won. There are good individual players in the Ferry squad, but.....
